Once again in conjunction with Wakefield Family History Society we have been invited to take part in the Window to your past on March 12th and 13th in the ridings centre. Our theme this year is coal mining accidents and disasters from 1838 in coal mines surrounding the
Wakefield area with 30 individual coal mines and up to 1,000 individual names and photographs and reports. If you are searching for a family member who may have lost their lives in a mining accident or disaster
come along and have a chat and browse through our reports, they may be helpful to you.
